Contract & Terms

Booking

  1. The client should fill all the fields in register form and make the first payment as sign until 30 days before the arrival day.
  2. The client will inform us about the form of payment at the moment of booking as well pay 50% of total group’s payment.
  3. The booking process is complete from the moment we receive the payment order and the register form. Then the client receive an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

Cancellation and reimburse

  1. Any booking made on line on the website can not be canceled on the website itself. Any cancellation can be made by email until 30 days before the beginning of the activity. Surf Inn returns to the client 25% of the value paid at booking.
  2. There is no reimburse of any value in case of the client inform the Surf Inn in a lower term to 30 days.

Check In and Check Out

  1. In surf trip, surf guide and surf safari activities the check in and check out take place at Sundays.
  2. In surf weekend activity the check in is on Friday and check out at Sunday.
  3. The check in time is after 3 PM.
  4. The check out should be complete until 12 PM.

Equipment

  1. Surf Inn disposes all the equipment necessary to surfing or bodyboarding activities.
  2. The client will be responsible for the payment of the equipment value in case of loss or damage due to client’s negligence.

Lessons

  1. Surf or Body board lessons only occur Monday to Friday, except for the Surf Weekend.
  2. Lessons Timetable: 10 AM in the morning and 15 PM at the afternoon.
  3. Duration of lessons is about 90 minutes.

Payments

  1. The payment of the remainders 50% should be performed 7 days before of the arrival.
  2. The client should present corroboration of the payment of the value in absence, through the sending of an email
  3. The payment of the group should be performed in assembly.

After transfer, is necessary that sends us the name of the person that performed the transference, the Country and the number MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) composed for 10 digits.

Insurance for personal accidents

  1. All clients have insurance for personal accidents, in case of accident during the classes.

Responsibility

  1. The participant is responsible for the equipment since the beginning up to the end of the stay.
  2. All and any mischief caused in the installations/dwellings and compelling areas is of the responsibility of the participant.

Alterations to the program

  1. In case of bad time or dangerous environment conditions for surfing or body boarding, Surf Inn could offer an alternative program.
